Sept/Oct brings off shore winds but rare. Only local surfers would know of its potential in off shore winds.
The odd few kiters would go here in on shore winds.
I have still to meet another kiter here in off shore winds!!So when the right conditions arise the bay transforms into a mist of back spray from the lips at Turf Reef. An amazing view. It mainly spits out a breaking left. Judging this wave can be a little tricky but its all about patients in these conditions..
