Duotone 2020 Kites
High-Performance Freeride / Big Air
The kite that redefined kiteboarding is back once again; if freeriding, big air and unreal hangtime is your goal, the Rebel is your best shot!
The Rebel has been part of Duotone’s history, and it is very much part of our future. The five-strut kite is the ultimate freeride and big air weapon, perfect for cruising lagoons or for soaring through the skies.
For 2020 the leading edge diameter has been reduced, this makes the kite a little faster and a lot more efficient. In addition to this, there is also a new flatter section in the middle of the canopy profile. This unique design increases the power of the kite, while the designers have ensured the legendary depower of the Rebel remains. This means the kite now has a much bigger wind range, meaning fewer kites in your quiver and more time on the water if the conditions change. The new trailing edge wave design further enhances the life span of the canopy and reduces flutter.
The Rebel has excellent sheet-and-go capabilities, meaning you can easily dial up power at the bar. It’s a fantastic kite for progressing, as it is so forgiving, however, it is also packed with performance too. The Rebel is the kite you need when you want to send it to the moon, if you wish to bigger jumps from your sessions, it’s time to join the Rebellion!

Freestyle / Wave
Freestyle, waves and big air, the Dice does it all and can handle anything you can throw at it.
The Dice is an incredibly versatile all-rounder; it’s the perfect tool for the rider who doesn’t like to define their kiteboarding. If you prefer to ride whatever the conditions throw at you, or indeed whatever takes your fancy, then the Dice is the right choice. Lasse Walker uses the Dice at the King Of The Air and the Megaloop Challenge, Tom Court uses it for freestyle and Matchu Lopes for wave riding, and the only definition is the one you give it.
For 2020 the pulley in the bridle has been removed, making the steering even more accurate and responsive, enhancing its kite loop and wave riding characteristics. The new trailing edge wave design reduces canopy wear and flutters significantly, and the Dice can still be ridden in a four or five-line set up depending on your preference. For years riders have been enjoying the Dice for freestyle and waves, and now it’s got the big air credentials too!
If you want a kite that can do it all, whatever mood you or Mother Nature is in, you want the Dice.

Freestyle / Wakestyle
The ultimate C-Kite on the market with an unrivalled performance for freestyle, park and kite loops.
The Vegas has long been established as the highest performing and most responsive C kite on the market. It’s the go-to kite for professionals like Aaron Hadlow, Lewis Crathern, Stefan Spiessberger, Noé Font and Mikali Sol. You’ll find it on the podium of the GKA Freestyle World Tour, the Kite Park League and the King of The Air.
The reason it is so popular is thanks to the incredible power release delay; when you pop, the kite flies forward in the window creating slack in the lines allowing you to perform freestyle tricks with ease. It’s also one of the most predictable kites on the market for kite loops delivering large amounts of power and pull with unmatched stability. Riders all over the world love the tuning options and different settings, allowing you to customise the kite not just to you, but also to the conditions of the day.
If you want the best performing c-kite on the market right now, you need the Vegas, the choice of champions.

The ultimate wave-riding machine in the line up has won more world wave and strapless freestyle events and championships than any other kite.
The Neo is the choice of our highly decorated wave riding team, Airton Cozzolino, Matchu Lopes, Sebastian Ribeiro, James Carew and Patri McLaughlin – all choose the Neo to compete on the GKA Strapless World Tour. It has won more world titles and events than any other wave kite. With the move towards strapless riding, the Neo now has tuning options for waves and depower, or you can set it up for strapless freestyle and freeriding. It’s been one of the most popular kites in the Duotone line up for a long time, and it’s easy to see why. On the wave, it offers dynamic handling and incredible drift when you want to freeride; it’s an easy-going companion.
The kite has a unique profile that develops enormous amounts of power; Neo riders are often on one or even two sizes smaller than everyone else at the beach, this means the kite is even more responsive. While it has enormous amounts of power, the depower is incredible, more than that though, even when fully sheeted out the steering is exceptionally reactive and precise. Whether you are riding a monster at One Eye, pulling a strapless kite loop twenty feet up or just slaying some Euro mush, the Neo puts you in total control at all times.
If surfboards are your kite life, you need the Neo in your quiver.

The best all-rounder in the Duotone range, the Evo is a favourite among many, for freeride, big air, waves and anything you want to do on the water.
The Evo has been in the Duotone line up for many years now, and in the constant search for improvement, it has become the best performing kite across all disciplines. Riders like Tom Hebert don’t let kiteboarding define them, and they love to do freestyle as much as they love old school big air and foiling. The Evo is Tom’s choice, as it doesn’t hold him back, no matter what he decides to do.
For 2020 we removed the pulleys from the bridle, this has the effect of increasing the responsiveness of the kite while still offering incredible depower. There is also a new trailing edge design incorporating a wave pattern that drastically reduces flutter and canopy wear in this critical area. The Evo can be flown as a four or five-line kite, and the three-strut delta design is ready for anything you decide to do.
Kiteboarding has always been about freedom, don’t let other kites define you, let the Evo set you free!

At any time the level of power / depower is visible on the Power Display of the bar, as well as on a neon orange mark above the right floater.
The Click Bar is equipped with the Iron Heart V, ensuring a quick and reliable safety release. Lines, even the guided safety line, are automatically untwisted during rotations. It’s delivered with a 4 line set up and adjustable to either 20m and 22m or 22 m and 24 m line length.

Duotone 2020 Twintip Boards
Wakestyle / Park Riding
If you ride in the park you will know what a difference the right board can make; the Gambler is pure, unfiltered park riding bliss!
Ridden by riders like Craig Cunningham, Noé Font and Tom Court the Gambler is the undisputed king of the kite park, and for 2020 it’s been redesigned so it can keep that crown firmly on its head.
By going back to the drawing board, the Gambler is now everything you could ever want in a park focussed twin tip that has been tuned to make hitting features a dream. The rails have been lifted, making it harder to catch them on sliders, the unique bevelled channels and concave tips have all been shaped to maximise the distance you can travel on a feature too. The Grindbase is back to ensure the board can take the abuse you give it and the flex has been tuned too. With a hard to medium flex for 2020, the board offers plenty of pop while also allowing you to press the board for extra style points. A new tucked rail shape also gives the board a superior grip when carving the flats.
If you need to raise the stakes in the park this year, the Gambler has you covered!

Team Series Textreme
Competition Freestyle / Wakestyle
The ultimate freestyle weapon made lighter, faster, stronger and with even more pop!
How do you make the Team Series even better? Add some incredibly high tech materials and construction to make it lighter, faster and stronger with even more pop! Duotone has been using Textreme Innegra Carbon in some of the boards for a few years. Hailing from the Formula 1 industry, it has some unique properties that work well within kiteboarding. By using the correct weaves and laminating them in the right manner, we can control the flex even more and reduce the weight while increasing the strength.
This new board for 2020 also features a Grindbase so you can use it in the park as well as the flats. The suspension Flex Cap reduces reverse flex to a minimum and the Single Diffusor Base smooth’s out the landings. The grip comes from the deep channels and unique tip shape; this, combined with the lively characteristics of the materials, combines to offer the ultimate in pop. The Team Series is an incredible board; the TS Textreme is that board on steroids.
If you want the best twin tip for freestyle and new school moves, the TS Textreme is the board to have in your arsenal.

New for 2020 the champion of champions board just got even better with high-end Textreme Innegra carbon offering the pinnacle of performance!
The relationship Duotone has with the five-times world champion and undisputed king of kiteboarding is a long one. Since joining the team, Aaron has worked with the designers to create the ultimate board for his unique style of riding. Powerful, stylish and big are three words that sum up how Hadlow rides, and the all-new TS Hadlow Textreme is built to compliment that perfectly.
For 2020 a new construction technique has been used laminating Textreme Innegra carbon into the board along with Biax carbon to produce controllable explosive pop. The Hadlow also uses the latest Suspension Flex Cap top shape, which significantly reduces reverse flex on landing. The deep channels in the tips offer superior grip, and the Single Diffusor Bottom shape helps to smooth out those harsh impacts. If you want to take the Hadlow to the park, the Grindbase ensures durability and of course this board is best suited to boots.

High-Performance Freeride / Lightwind
The final word in light wind freeride twin tips, a radical new shape and a startling new approach deliver unreal performance!
A new shape for 2020 and a brand new board in the Duotone range. Designer Ralf Grösel set out to build the ultimate kiteboarding twin tip and threw the traditional design brief out of the window. The result is a board that is striking to look at and incredibly engaging to ride, best in combination with the Juice!
To make it light and responsive, Textreme carbon has been used in the construction, and this provides a vivacious feel when you are riding. The upwind performance of this board is unrivalled, set the edge and it tears off with a turn of pace that may surprise you, offering a foot position which makes a wrong positioning on the board nearly impossible. The parabolic outline is the key to this characteristic; it also makes the surface area underfoot larger, while reducing excess weight in the middle of the board. The flexy tips help to keep things in control and make the ride exciting and engaging. This is the perfect board for the rider who wants to enjoy light winds but doesn’t feel ready to learn to hydrofoil yet.
It might look crazy, but sometimes the crazy ones were right all along, jump on the Ultraspike Textreme for the light wind ride of your life!

A lightweight and responsive twin tip for pulling big moves in hardly any wind. Featuring Textreme carbon coupled with a blisteringly quick shape that is fast to get on the plane.

The feeling is of a precision tool, crisp and sharp; it reacts to every input from the rider in an instant. The reduced weight helps the board onto the plane even earlier than the standard version of the board, and it also increases the speed. To ensure total control at all times, the new Space Flex Tips have been added; these allow you to manage the speed easily while also helping the board track through choppy water. The stiffer flex pattern, from the Textreme carbon, makes this one of the best light wind boards for pop. Explosive take-offs are waiting for you as soon as engage and release the edge!
If you want the ultimate light wind twin tip for pulling moves and throwing down the freestyle, the Spike Textreme has you covered!

A light wind twin tip that has performance embedded into its very soul; don’t just mow the lawn, get out there and tear it apart!
The Spike is a board that changed light wind riding forever. Rather than follow the huge door approach by some brands Duotone tore up the rulebook and created a board that not only rode in light winds, it excelled! By focusing on critical areas that combined early planing and light wind ability with performance, the Spike is a board that will ignite your soul on the water in the lightest of airs. Featuring a very flat rocker line the board generates huge amounts of speed and by coupling that with a larger surface area, it gets planing in the slightest of breezes.
Space Flex Tips are new for 2020, these give control at high speed and also improve the rail-to-rail carving too. The medium to hard flex ensures incredible pop, and you can use this board not just for jumping but also light wind freestyle too.
No wind days used to be boring, the Spike brings the excitement and throws down the gauntlet, and the only limit to the fun is you.

Duotone 2020 Surfboards
All-round / Carving machine!
A fast, high-performance surfboard, which can be ridden with or without straps, as thruster or Quad setup. The Pro Session is the choice for Airton, Matchu, Sebastian and Patri when the Waves get big and fast, being the optimum board for carving big turns on medium to big waves with maximum control.
The Pro Session is the go-to board for when the waves get a bit bigger, and when you want a board with maximum drive and carving ability. The Session loves to stay connected to the wave face for big drawn-out carves and butter-smooth rail work. The 2020 Pro Session now also comes with the option to ride it as a quad (4 fin setup). Riding the session in a quad configuration increases the speed and stability at high speed. It is the preferred option for big, drawn-out carves, while the thruster (3 fins) setup gives you tighter, more precise carving for vertical top to bottom surfing.
Looking for a very carvy board which can still take waves from medium to huge, the Pro Session is it!

Small to Medium Waves / Strapless Freestyle
Modern high-performance compact shape, aimed at performing in small to medium waves.

This was achieved by moving the wide point slightly further forward, increasing the nose rocker and decreasing the overall surface area of the nose while leaving the back half of the board essentially unchanged. The result is an extremely well-balanced board with incredible handling thanks to the straight outline in the tail, but provides explosive snap off the top and can turn tight in the pocket of very steep sections without any catching or awkwardness of a traditional compact shape.

The Daytona is a full carbon high-performance foil with the potential to become a design icon.
Lightweight, rigidity and an absolute eye-catcher, but even more important: incredible performance and accessibility – all that is the Daytona. Thanks to the long 105 cm full carbon mast, the Daytona allows to be pushed hard, as well as upwind and downwind and even in choppy conditions.
