One thing we all await is the 2017 Cabrinha product launch, its dropped and here’s a low down on the latest gear available. The 2017 Cabrinha product range features 6 redesigned kites, the new Apollo kite, 7 redesigned twin tips, 3 redesigned surfboards, the redesigned Double Agent wake skate / foil crossover , 4 redesigned control systems and the all new Fireball connection system. We also see updated accessories and apparel for the 2017 season. The new range is insanely stylish, well built and accommodates every style of rider. It’s safe to say that the team at Cabrinha have been hard at work getting this new line up ready for us all. Check out the 2017 product videos, they will blow your mind. Boards
For 2017 we see the usual suspects in the line up, however these come with some stunning new graphics and some interesting tweaks. With a board for everyone the 2017 line up features everything from a wake style specific board, the CBL, to the light wind freeride board, the Stylus. Don’t fear though this is just the twin tips, Cabrinha have the S-Quad, Squid Launcher, Spade and Double Agent on offer for those looking at slashing waves or floating on a foil.

Ace
The Ace is our most versatile performance twin tip to date. While designed to excel in the performance Freestyle arena, the Ace is also perfectly comfortable boosting huge airs or throwing powered kiteloops. Its fast rocker line allows for explosive bursts of speed leading up to your tricks. It has great edge hold, amazing pop, a low spin weight, and it makes predictably smooth landings. The quad concave to quad V-bottom shape, and an advanced, lightweight, freestyle composition, make the Ace the pinnacle freeride/freestyle performance board.

XCaliber
The XCaliber is our world class competition freestyle model. Its high performance comes from the extensive use of structural carbon that stiffens the flex pattern, for increased response and explosive pop. The Xcal’s performance rocker line allows for monstrous drive into powered freestyle tricks while retaining excellent upwind performance. The double concave with cantered rail panels shift into a quad concave tip bottom shape. This channels the water flow for maximum edge control, board response, and smooth landings. The progressive 3D molded top and bottom shape gives added dimension to the board. A single pour, ultra-bond liquid polyurethane elastomer around the entire board is the ultimate impact resistance material and helps with rebound and vibration reduction. CBL
The CBL is the go-to board for a day at the park. Whether hitting funboxes, kickers, or rails powered with a kite or cable, it delivers a smooth power transfer from the power source to the water. The outline of the CBL enhances edge control and provides an explosive pop with optimal landing control. The stiff and rockered up design delivers stylish, powerful wakestyle performance. Spectrum
As the name suggests, this board is designed and engineered to cover the whole spectrum of kiteboarding. With a generous amount of flex and thin rails that make it easy to control, the Spectrum is a fun and lively ride, even if it’s been weeks since your last session. It works well in an extremely wide range of conditions for just about any riding style. The lightweight design has a single to double concave bottom shape, to promote water flow and upwind performance. Tronic

Stylus
The Stylus is our light wind board. A flat rocker line and extra wide outline make the most of the conditions, getting you up on a plane with the least amount of power possible. S-Quad
Now in its fifth (5) version the S:Quad is back with all of its great power surfing performance and a couple of improvements. This year’s SQuad features our signature parabolic ridge design which creates a double concave deck for a positive foot platform when riding strapless. The Parabolic Ridge increase the deck thickness without making the rail thicker which gives you a better grip on the rail and increases the board durability.
The SQuad has a narrow outline which makes it great for riding fast and pushing hard in the turns and is ideally suited for down the line waves in side shore or side-offshore wind conditions. The quad fin arrangement is surfing’s tried and tested configuration for fast and powerful surfing. The SQuad can be ridden with or without straps.

Spade
The Spade is our all new ultra-versatile performance surfboard. It has prominent design features that make it excel in the surf and in the air. It starts with a slightly wider and curvier outline than the S:Quad, lending itself to tight turns in the pocket of any sized wave. The three fin configuration promotes rail to rail, and a top to bottom surfing. The wide outline also makes this board incredibly lively under your feet allowing you to generate speed even in onshore surf. The Spade will make your aerial maneuvers look pro with its generous amount of pop. The Parabolic Ridge creates our signature concave deck which is perfect for strapless trick riding.

Squid Launcher
The Squid Launcher dominates the surf freestyle segment of our line with its hugely versatile design. The Squid Launcher is a stealthy little creature that thrives on flat water lakes as well as it does in the ocean.

The Double Agent: Surfskate / Foilboard
One board. Two faces. Back for it’s second year the double agent is our fun performance hydrofoil board that converts into a surf skate directional. When mounted with one of our foil systems you’ll be up and soaring in well under 8 knots. The aluminum mast and fuselage, compression molded deck, and fiberglass wings offer the most solid and durable ride on the market. The low aspect front wing design allows for slower planing speed which helps get you up on the foil plane early. When configured with the four surf fins it doubles as a fun bump and jump style directional board.
