Every kite session starts with a Launch, and for my solo sketchy kite sessions I almost aways need to launch my own kite. There are several different ways to launch a kite and in this video I show you how I launch my kite using my rental car whilst I am on the Canary Islands, in order to kitesurf at some of the islands sketchiest spots. Finding empty waves and riding some of the best conditions, often means that there might not be anyone else around. So this is a good technique to know!
