Rio Adventure begins 🇧🇷
In this episode, I’m taking you with me on an unforgettable adventure through Rio de Janeiro, combining kiteboarding and foiling with real athlete life in and out of the gym. From training sessions that keep me strong and consistent, to epic outdoor experiences — including flying over the city during a once-in-a-lifetime hang-gliding flight!
I visited my dear friend Reno Romeu, who showed us around and made sure we experienced Rio the best way possible. We explored the rainforest, soaked in the energy of the city, and I even stepped way out of my comfort zone by flying over Rio during an unforgettable hang-gliding experience.

And because performance doesn’t come from adventure alone, I’m taking you to the gym with me to show you my training routine. Being an athlete is about consistency, discipline, and putting in the work — both on the water and in the gym. Hopefully this gives you a little motivation to move, train, and chase your own goals.
This episode is about adventure, friendship, sport, and inspiration.
