Tingle is a raw and personal surf film set in Western Australia. It follows nearly 15 years of chasing two of the heaviest waves on Earth: The Left and The Right. From getting smoked in the early days to finding rare, perfect moments, this film is built from deep friendships, shared obsession, and a place that shaped everything.

The name Tingle comes from the Red Tingle tree endemic to the area, and from the old hostel “Tingle All Over” — Zac’s go-to base during trips down south. As the owner, Sherree, who used to put a smile on everyone’s face, passed away last year, the name also serves as a tribute to her.
This isn’t just a film about a wave — it’s about the relentless drive and hunger to come back, to keep learning how to surf it, no matter how unforgiving it might be.
