The board is manufactured in Ozone’s own facility, allowing the brand to control material selection, construction and final inspection.
Practical details include polymer resin rails, A-grade 316 stainless-steel inserts, recessed grab rails, a textured board handle and injection-moulded fins. The footpad system is shaped for traction and shock absorption. Single-adjustment straps are supplied as a simple, proven option, while double-adjustment Ultralon Performance Foam straps are available for riders wanting more support and a more precise fit.
Sizes and rider matching
The range covers eight sizes. The 128 x 38cm board is aimed at lightweight or youth progression, followed by 130 x 39cm and 133 x 40cm options for lighter riders. The 137 x 41cm size is positioned as the standard mid-weight progression choice, while the 142 x 42cm and 148 x 44cm boards provide additional area for heavier riders.
Two larger versions extend the concept into light-wind and heavyweight use. The 155 x 45cm model supplies extra surface area for easier planing, while the 163 x 46cm version maximises stability and low-wind support.
