Bruna Kajiya and Carlos Mario were crowned as the 2023 Qatar Airways GKA Freestyle-Kite World Champions after an amazing year, showing their skills and determination. Both Kajiya and Mario made their comebacks and achieved their dreams. Kajiya, a veteran of the tour at 36, won her fourth title as the 2023 Qatar Airways GKA Freestyle-Kite Women’s World Champion, after last holding the crown in 2017. Mikaili Sol (USA) came in second overall, with Claudia Leon (ESP) coming in third. Meanwhile, Mario, who won his last crown in 2018, took home his fifth world title as the Qatar Airways GKA Freestyle-Kite Men’s World Champion 2023. Gianmaria Coccoluto (ITA) and Maxime Chabloz (SUI) placed second and third in the overall standings.
