Best Male Kitesurfer of 2015
Nick Jacobsen has been all over the kiteboarding seen like a rash this year, with crazy stunts including jumping off Richard Branson’s house and an insane video edit that broke all the rules. Fly Me To The Moon was one of the best kitesurfing movies we had ever seen and Nick thoroughly deserves this award!

Best Female Kitesurfer of 2015
Bruna Kajiya is a first-time winner in this category, the ripper from Brazil has been at the top of her game for longer than I can remember. This year though she was pushing the limits at the pinnacle of the tour and landed several moves that were total firsts in ladies kiting! A deserved winner we are extremely pleased to see her scoop the prize!

Best Kite Manufacturer of 2015
A new winner in our awards is Cabrinha, with a solid line up of kites that are well made and carefully thought out, they also brought a lot of innovation to 2015. There was a new bar set up, plus a new kite, the FX, which was championed by Nick Jacobsen. On the freestyle side, Liam Whaley used the Chaos to win the World Tour in dominant style, while Keahi De Aboitiz used the Drifter to dominate the wave events! The build quality for 2015 was exceptionally high too!

Best Board Manufacturer of 2015
Another win for Slingshot in the Best Board Manufacturer, they keep on bringing the goods to the table with an awesome range! From the surfboards that lead the charge in terms of design and construction to the excellent line-up of twin tips ridden by the likes of Sam Light, Alex Fox and Carlos Mario. The girls boards are great too with Karolina Winkowska always representing on the world tour!

Best Kitesurfing Accessories Brand of 2015
Mystic have been winning this award for a few years now, but it was great to see the other brands get a little closer this year with ION and Manera both doing very well. At the end of the day though there can only be one winner and with their diverse range of products Mystic certainly have you covered on the water. An impressive roster of team riders also adds to the brands credibility and appeal!

Best Kitesurfing Video of 2015
Every year this category gets more and more hotly contested. It is amazing when you look at the qualities of kite movies these days and what goes into them. Charlotte Consorti and Bruno Dubosq filmed this stunning edit in Mozambique, and it ticked all the boxes for our readers, gorgeous visuals, spectacular scenery, fantastic riding and a great soundtrack, Mozambique Kitesurfing Paradise is a deserved winner for 2015!
