Filmed on Feb 15 2023 – just over a year after destroying my ankle at the same spot. This was the wildest short line session in my Life! I thought the wind was blowing a chilled 30 kn0t but as soon as I got on the water I realised it was easily pushing 40!
My first trick was a contra loop which I got a massive gust on and crashed super hard. I ended up tearing my Popliteus muscle in my leg but I wanted to push on and keep going. I’m stoked with what I did this session!
