“This week has been a week at home, and I have to say that one of the best things about #lockdown has been the extended ability to get to know my home spots even better… and despite the lack of international travel, I have not been disappointed by what’s on offer. The Isle of Wight, or #TheActiveIsland as we call it, is only a short distance from London, however, the short 1-hour ferry ride keeps the beaches empty, the trails groomed and provides enough isolation from the mainland that we have been able to shred to our heart’s content during this downtime.
