There has been a fair bit of rain in Norway, but it’s always good to think of the glass as half full, or rather the lagoon being full! This parkland was flooded by the rain and where there is wind and water, there are kiters! It looks like a totally amazing spot, it’s a shame it’s not a permanent feature and actually just the result of some freakish weather!
