“This is one of the most crazy competitions I have done so far and I loved it. The wind was up to a very gusty 50 knots and we changed the format to a full big air event. This second place didn’t come easy at all. I struggled a lot with my first heats but just scoring enough to pass through. Once I got into the finals, the stress released and I could enjoy it way more. In the end, I became second and I’m proud of that but I’m gonna train hard for this top spot one day. Super grateful and happy to be surrounded and supported by such amazing people.
Having my parents 24/7 on my side on this event feels super special. And a huge thanks to Duotone Kiteboarding as well for supporting me to perform the best I can. Big ups to Mikaili Sol and Hannah Whiteley for the podium spot.”
