As he was just coming back from his second knee surgery, this forced him to re-learn all the basic trick from the ground up… particularly all the unhooked ones. This unhooked front to toeside is a great foundation for many other unhooked handle pass moves; like the S-mobe, front to blind, slim chance and more. Its a perfect foundation trick to have locked in before progressing onto the next level of passes and double rotations.
Flatwater and smooth winds are always best for tricks like this, making the pop and landing as predictable as possible!
