The Meteor Magma is built for the cold and windy days of winter. It’s very frustrating to be cold when riding in a warm place. That is why we designed our HYBRID shorty to be warm; it is packed with the same technologies as the 3.2mm X10D steamer: we basically just cut the legs!

Harnesses
2019 Eclipse Harness

Having worked on ergonomic designs for a while, our goal was to push our frame concept to more stiffness, allowing better support of the back & a lower fit. But something 100% hard was not an option: Our back needs some adaptability, and human morphology is unique.
So here comes the Eclipse, a skilful balance between stiffness & flex that brings support where you need it and the freedom to move the way you want.
Key Features
- Adaptive Shell: The Adaptive Shell stiffness shades from hard in the centre area to softer on the edges. The stiff centre-belt prevents the harness from folding and compressing your body while preserving good lumbar support.
- Gel Foam: The gel foam disperses pressure evenly & efficiently to provide a “pillow comfort”, much appreciated during long sessions.
- Tuck Flap: By stiffening the connection between the harness and the buckle, they prevent it from riding up.

Exo Harness
The Exo harness has been developed to optimise load distribution and thus prevent the rider from having misplaced pressure points. This is why we worked with a human kinetic science lab to help us on this project.
Their scientific approach and knowledge of human morphology enabled us to create a harness providing a level of comfort that was previously nonexistent.
Key Features
- Energy Dispersion Frame: The EDF is a hexagonal structure with varying degrees of thickness. It is directly connected to the spreader bar through the straps and buckles, so it receives 100% of the kite traction. Thanks to its shape and structure, the pressure is spread over a much wider area of the back.
- Ballistic Nylon: This material is made out of thick nylon threads assembled in a very tight way, it offers outstanding abrasion resistance and extreme durability.
- Single Foam: The new EXO uses a single thermoform mould to make a one-piece foam backing. It absorbs far less water and is much lighter than the multiple foam layups used in some harnesses.
- Tuck Flap: By stiffening the connection between the harness and the buckle, they prevent it from riding up.

Sliding Hook
The Sliding bar offers more freedom of movement and range of motion than the fixed hook. It lets you rotate your body without twisting the harness, for a smoother connection with your kite.
The harness doesn’t ride up: as the connection with the kite is closer to the body it doesn’t have the leverage effect of a fixed hook.
It is a good alternative for foiling, strapless, surfing.
