VB#07 How To Do A S-bend

After her successful Railey instructional video, Karolina Winkowska takes you through the S-Bend. Definitely worth watching if you are looking to try this trick!

Today’s video is another trick tutorial. This time a s-bend, which is a power move. I recommend you to at first learn a raley before trying this rotation. The raley is an easy jump and the s-bend is a raley with a front rotation.

Remember to learn a trick, is not always as easy, as you have to commit to do it and then practice and practice till you feel confident !
