Last session of 2025 and the end of another hard year for me! I’ve had to really take a step back and give my body and my mind a rest. Trying to get back to competition and not managing because of various health issues and injury has been disheartening. But I guess it is the universe sending me a message which I will try and listen to better in 2026.
