Improving your fitness not only accelerates your kiteboarding learning curve but also helps to prevent injuries. In collaboration with Porsche, we have created new workouts with international athletes Rita Arnaus and Stefan Spiessberger and personal trainer Nicholas Borgatti. These workouts will help you reach peak fitness!
