COLD AND RAIN KITEBOARDING

Billy Beer took to the water on a cold and rainy day in De Panne, Belgium. The theme this year seems to be making the most of where you are and what you’ve got, and Billy was rewarded for braving the temperatures. There were no other kites on the water for his solo session in the chilly winter conditions!
