The level of strapless riding has increased so much for both the professionals and also for the average rider. When riding strapless, any weight loss translates into a direct advantage for the wind to keep the board pressed against your feet. From the very first prototypes, the feedback on the carbon built Mitu was excellent! We have focused our development work on the technology and materials to offer the best possible construction. This was done following two main criteria:
- The Weight: everything has been done to get an extremely light and reliable board. We have decided to use an HD Foam carbon composite construction with a brushed finish that allows for a lighter weight. This sandwich construction (High-Density Foam / Carbon) has been used for several years in our SUP range and allows us to reach an ideal weight/resistance ratio.
- The Comfort: we have worked specifically on the flex of the board as carbon tends to naturally bring more stiffness. We have selected a 45° bi-axial carbon fabric, to get rid of any longitudinal fibers and to keep the flex of the board.
With its exceptional shape and this HD foam carbon composite technology bringing significant weight advantages, the Mitu is transformed and provides incredible sensations.

MITU MONTEIRO – Freestyle/Wave
Iconic and best-seller, Mitu Monteiro pro Model’s range keeps on improving whilst keeping the qualities that make it so successful: 100% dedicated to strapless riding, developed by a legendary rider for a very versatile use, whether in the waves or for freestyle and adapting to all riding levels.
Strapless pioneer, Mitu has an incredible level of ride and an amazing experience which keeps growing every year. He has been extremely involved in his Pro Model’s development from the start and has pushed the limits of this board to make an all-in-one ripping machine.
Accomplished waterman, he is testing loads of kitesurfing and surfing boards with a lot of curiosity, feeling and a very advanced analysis of them. His approach, therefore, stays true to F-ONE’s ethos of creating products that are high performing but always remain ultra-versatile.
With its compact outline, its rounded nose and a round rocker along the rail combined to a very deep concave on the bottom, the
Pro Model keeps its shape’s DNA. The early planning, sharp accelerations, and directional stability which make the board’s great success in freestyle as in surfing can be felt right away. Besides the single concave which also provides great comfort, the bottom features a channel at the front of the board to help while landing or riding fins front.
4 sizes are available from 5’4’’ to 5’10’’, all with a pretty large outline to make the most of the wave’s energy, make the tricks easier and provide better handling. The whole range now has the more pronounced rocker which was previously only on the small boards. The boards’ volume has therefore been increased to make it easier to ride in average conditions and improve the durability.
The Camel Deck shape on the deck helps to nest your feet on the board for incredible control. The Mitu Monteiro Pro Models have a thruster fin setup for a better glide and reduced weight in the tricks.
HD Foam Composites: Our standard in terms of design. This construction offers great flex and is very enjoyable in the waves, and also has deck stringers for durability. These boards have shock absorbers as well as a full deck pad for a unique comfort. They can be equipped with straps and with our F-ONE flow fins.
Slice – Carbon Series
The all-new Slice is set to get some pulses racing this year, designed as a strapless freestyle weapon for our top pro riders it’s also an easy and intuitive board to ride in the waves too! Compact shapes are becoming more and more popular; we’ve been working on the Slice for some time. However, we didn’t want to release it until it was ready to blow you away.
The board has a straighter rocker and a parallel outline, which fades into a dynamic winger tail to increase its maneuverability. The squared off nose keeps the length to a minimum, and there are two sizes for you to choose from. The 5’3” is perfect for larger riders over 75kg who would usually ride a board around 5’8” while the smaller 5’1” is ideal for smaller riders.
The volume and the thickness of the Slice have been specifically tailored for kiting to ensure the highest possible level of performance. Underneath you’ll find a single concave, which transforms into a sharper deeper channel under the tail. We’ve kept the rails of the board thin to allow you to hold a better edge and also to increase the pop, making freestyle tricks easier.
The board delivers plenty of speed, both on flat water, for tricks, and in the waves too. The flatter rocker line enables the board to carry itself through weaker sections of the wave and the thin rails and pulled in winger tail make for dynamic turns on the face. The thruster fin set up offers maximum versatility across a wide range of conditions, while also making the board easier to use.
The Slice is best suited to small and medium-sized waves and excels when the conditions are onshore, and the waves aren’t too powerful. The increased speed offered by the board allows you to negotiate the wave without relying on its power as much. For strapless freestyle riding, we think it’s one of the best boards out there.
When performing strapless tricks, the compact dimensions make it very easy to maneuver the board in the air and swing weight is reduced. Even performing simple jumps is made easier, with a wide stance pop comes easy and the light nature of the board will help you improve incredibly quickly.
Carbon Series: Our high-end and most exotic construction method, these boards are a little stiffer than the standard HD Foam Flex construction and also much lighter. This makes them ideal for strapless freestyle where a light board is necessary; the extra stiffness also helps with pop. They are also perfect for traveling where every kilo counts. The carbon layup includes deck stringers for added strength, while the foot strap inserts have been removed to save on weight and there is full deck pad for comfort and our new F-ONE flow fins.

Signature – Carbon Series
The Signature boards are designed for pure surfing and stem from a long evolution of out kite surfboards. Every year, their shape gets better to make your surf riding ever more natural and free.
Stable and easy to handle, the Signature boards are designed to surf any kinds of waves and conditions. They benefit from a very well balanced and really intuitive shape. These boards are able to carve short turns as well as long and fast curves with ease and effortlessly. Surfing becomes such a pleasure when you can focus on the waves and not on how to get your board moving. Just look ahead, these boards will follow!
The bottom shape features a single concave which runs towards the back before fading down at the tail. The rocker has a double kick in it to carve some great curves while the speed remains under control at any time. Going from rail to rail is as quick as ever with a board which enters the turns with ease and gains in maneuverability with its round pin tail.
Benefitting from more volume and length, the 5’10 will fit the larger riders or the larger waves. Being much more compact, the 5’6 will be the nimblest to ride shorter, tighter waves. Lastly, the 5’8 will be at ease in all kinds of conditions and will let you carve the most radical turns and rollers.
The rail is thick and rounded towards the nose to make the board more forgiving with more stability and support from the front sections. It gets noticeably thinner and sharper towards the back for unmatched control.
The Signature boards are equipped with 5 fin boxes and let you decide whether you want to ride them Thruster or Quattro, depending on your style or on the conditions. For the most versatile setup, go for the Thruster.
With the Camel Deck shape, the volume has been maximized in the middle sections of the boards before fading out towards to tail to keep the heel of the rear foot as low as possible for a better control.

AC21 PRO MODEL
The AC21 speed board pro model is a unique shape designed for speed and pure adrenaline. The board inherits years of development made by Alex Caizergues, multiple times world speed record holder, and the F-ONE team to push the limits of the world speed record. Using a narrow and asymmetrical outline for a maximum top end speed, the board’s secret lies in its rocker line combined with a single concave and flex distribution for an optimum balance between control and speed.

Long Distance Gun

The conception of this gun started in 2005! At that time, the great downwind races were looking promising: leaving downwind full speed onto the open sea with winds blowing above 30 knots appeared to me as the most thrilling discipline. We have therefore developed this specific gun shape but the trend then evolved towards windward/leeward, inshore racing.
