The wind and over 340 kiters came together on Hayling Island on the 11th of October for the Virgin Kite Surfing Armada world record attempt. With a new record being set earlier in the summer in Tarifa the UK riders were keen to take the record back. The VKSA is more than just a Guiness World record attempt though it’s the perfect opportunity to bring the kitesurfing community together for an awesome 2 day kitesurfing festival on Hayling Island and raise thousands of pounds for charity in the process.
